In a pivotal session for Libya’s governance, Prime Minister Osama Hamad, accompanied by Deputy Prime Ministers and his ministerial team, presented a comprehensive report to the House of Representatives. The report detailed the government’s achievements over the past year and strategic plans for 2025.
The session, chaired by Advisor Aqila Saleh, marked a significant moment in the administration’s accountability efforts during a critical period for the country’s political and economic stability. In his address, Hamad emphasized the crucial role of the House of Representatives in supporting national reconciliation and consolidating regional stability.



Achievements and Challenges of the Past Year
The Prime Minister highlighted progress in key areas such as infrastructure reconstruction, security reinforcement, and the advancement of development projects led by the Libya Reconstruction and Development Fund. In this context, he commended the work of the fund’s General Director, Belqasem Khalifa Haftar, and the tangible results achieved through the implementation of on-ground initiatives.
Hamad also acknowledged the essential role of the Libyan Armed Forces, led by Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, in ensuring the security and stability necessary to advance development and national reconciliation efforts.



Plans for 2025
During the session, Hamad presented the government’s objectives for the new year. These include accelerating development programs, ensuring basic services for citizens, and fostering collaboration among state institutions.
