They attribute to the prosecutor handling the case at the National Court an arrest warrant which does not exist, demonstrating a clear intent to harm the Libyan leader

Unidentified individuals are conducting a campaign if it can be called thatagainst Libyan leader Saddam Haftar. This is not a dignified and legitimate campaign, as befits someone holding public office, but rather one based on false and slanderous news that could have consequences because it has implicated a judicial official, specifically a prosecutor at the National Court.
This information refers to an arrest warrant allegedly issued by a prosecutor recently, which is completely false, and alludes to a situation that was resolved and made public last year.
Given that this information is already circulating through various channels, none of them official, it is clear that some people want to denigrate and tarnish Saddam Haftar’s image, precisely when he is engaged in a magnificent administration in Libya, both domestically and especially internationally, where he is involved in opening the country to the European Union, among other things.
This campaign, which involves Spain, seeks to sabotage Saddam Haftar’s policies and stigmatize him so that he fails, but it will not achieve anything, because this misinformation will go nowhere. What is worrying is the use of a prosecutor’s name, and it would be appropriate for that judicial body to take action and investigate who is spreading these rumors and where they originate.
