This Friday afternoon, the Libyan Prime Minister, Dr. Osama Hamad, arrived in N’Djamena, the capital of Chad, for a political consultative visit. He was received by the Ministers of Transportation and Communications, the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, and the Head of the Intelligence Agency.
During this important visit, the Libyan Prime Minister will meet with the President of Chad, His Excellency Mahamat Idriss Déby.
