Osama Hamad reviews progress at Al-Galaa Hospital and the Children’s Hospital, accompanied by the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund

Libya’s Prime Minister, Dr. Osama Hamad, conducted an inspection visit to the Al-Galaa Teaching Hospital for Surgery and Accidents and the Benghazi Children’s Hospital, accompanied by the Director General of the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund, Eng. Belqasem Haftar.
During the tour, the delegation met with hospital officials to review the progress of ongoing maintenance and development works carried out by the Fund as part of its comprehensive plan to rehabilitate health facilities.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed his commitment to providing all necessary resources to raise the quality of medical services and improve healthcare delivered to citizens.
For his part, Eng. Belqasem Haftar emphasized that the Fund has launched a strategic plan to rehabilitate and maintain hospitals, ensuring the restoration of their vital role and underlining their strategic importance in serving the population.
