La Agencia Nacional de Desarrollo, que opera bajo el Comando General, ha firmado un acuerdo con la constructora turca TGG para desarrollar el proyecto #Benghazi_Towers. Esta iniciativa contempla la construcción de tres torres con vista al Lago 23 de Julio y al campo de golf cercano a la ciudad deportiva.
Según una fuente de la agencia, el complejo estará ubicado en la zona de Juliana y estará compuesto por tres torres: la más alta de 124 metros, la segunda de 84 metros y la tercera de 68 metros. La torre más alta servirá como espacio de oficinas para diversas empresas y actividades comerciales, la segunda será un hotel y la tercera será residencial.
La fuente señaló que TGG tiene experiencia en el sector de la construcción y opera en más de 15 países, incluida Libia. Se espera que la fase de construcción del proyecto dure un año y medio y TGG administre el complejo durante dos años después de su finalización.
El proyecto se divide en una torre residencial, una torre hotelera y una torre de oficinas. El plazo de ejecución previsto para la construcción es de un año y medio, seguido de una fase de gestión y operación de dos años por parte de la empresa turca.

The National Development Agency, which operates under the General Command, has signed an agreement with the Turkish construction company TGG to develop the #Benghazi_Towers project. This initiative includes the construction of three towers overlooking Lake 23 de Julio and the golf course near the sports city.
According to a source from the agency, the complex will be located in the Juliana area and will be made up of three towers: the tallest 124 meters, the second 84 meters and the third 68 meters. The tallest tower will serve as office space for various companies and commercial activities, the second will be a hotel and the third will be residential.
The source noted that TGG has experience in the construction sector and operates in more than 15 countries, including Libya. The construction phase of the project is expected to last a year and a half, with TGG managing the complex for two years after completion.
