In a decisive step towards Libya’s modernization and reconstruction, Marshal Khalifa Haftar, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, led the inauguration of the new administrative complex in the city of Darna. Accompanied by House of Representatives President, Advisor Aqila Saleh, and Prime Minister Dr. Osama Hamad, Haftar reaffirmed his commitment to stability, development, and institutional efficiency in the country.
The opening of this state-of-the-art center, designed to improve administrative management and facilitate access to government services, marks a milestone in Libya’s national reconstruction strategy, spearheaded by Haftar. Under the supervision of the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund, led by Engineer Belqasem Haftar, the complex aims to decentralize government operations and bring administration closer to the citizens, ensuring greater efficiency in public service delivery.
