In his address, Prime Minister Hamad congratulated the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Belqasem Haftar, and all members of the military institution for this achievement. “Today we celebrate not only the graduation of a new group of officers but also Libya’s commitment to its security and stability. The new officers underwent intensive training, overcoming rigorous challenges, and are now ready to assume the national duty of protecting the country’s land, sea, and air borders. “Defending our borders requires courage, determination, and the ability to balance strength with strategy. These officers will be the guardians of our nation’s security and stability, prepared to sacrifice everything for the sake of Libya,” Hamad added.
