Joined by the President of the Libyan Government, Dr. Osama Hamad, and the Director General of the Development Fund, engineer Bal Qasim Haftar, the military leader inspected major ongoing projects at the University of Benghazi, where new facilities for the faculties of Economics, Literature, and Engineering are under construction.
